Probate Administration

Probate

The process of probate can be daunting. When a family member passes away, the family typically has no idea what to do or where to go to get the answers needed to navigate the next steps, which often times include the need for a court proceeding known as “Probate”.  A Probate is needed when one dies and has assets in their individual name and the assets do not have a beneficiary designation or status as being jointly owned. These assets of a decedent are distributed through this process known as Probate. At the Law Office of Jaleh Piran-Vesseh, we understand how difficult and trying it can be when you are responsible for managing your loved one’s estate, while simultaneously grieving a loss. Our compassionate approach will not only ensure that you feel heard and understood but will also effectively and efficiently assist you with the Probate administration to ensure compliance under Florida law.
