The Law Office of Jaleh Piran-Vesseh, P.A. is located in New Port Richey, Florida. Ms. Piran-Vesseh primarily focuses her practice areas on issues relating to Elder Law, including Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Guardianship (including litigation), Medicaid Planning, Probate (including litigation), and Trust Administration. Her practice also includes assisting clients with their Real Estate needs, including Buyer and Seller Representation, preparation of Deeds, Loan Modifications, and Foreclosure Defense. 


Although Ms. Piran-Vesseh’s office is located in beautiful Pasco County, Florida, she also assists clients throughout the state of Florida and handles matters in Citrus County, Pinellas County, Hillsborough County, and Hernando County which enables her to provide the best legal representation for her clients suited to their individual needs and circumstances.

Ms. Piran-Vesseh was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. Ms. Piran-Vesseh graduated from Florida International University in 2006. She received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2011. Prior to opening her own law firm, Ms. Piran-Vesseh handled all aspects of Elder Law, including litigation, at a well-established law firm in West Palm Beach, Florida, which also included acting as managing Attorney for their satellite office in New Port Richey, Florida. 


Ms. Piran-Vesseh’s passion for Elder Law came to fruition in 2013 after her mother, at the young age of 63, suffered a debilitating stroke which left her unable to care for herself. Ms. Piran-Vesseh’s own personal experiences in navigating the care of her mother’s person and property left her yearning with the desire to assist others who are experiencing similar situations with a family member or friend. Ms. Piran-Vesseh believes that every client deserves to be treated with respect, care, and compassion. Ms. Piran-Vesseh is a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, as well as a member of the Elder Law Section and Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar. She is also a member of the Florida Bar Lawyer Referral Service network of attorneys for Elder Law and Real Estate matters.

Ms. Piran-Vesseh is also actively involved in her community as a member of the Rotary Club of New Port Richey.
